The website CART section went online last Saturday at noon (actually more like 12:10) and convention orders started pouring in. Website security measures caused a few glitches, but those have been fixed. After just 7 days, 45% of all workshops are gone. The Elaeagnus workshop (WS-1), Southern Hackberry Workshop (WS-2), and Brazilian Rain Tree (WS-4) seem to be hot items. Here is a rundown of some of the workshops:
WS-1 Elaeagnus – 4 spots left
WS-2 Southern Hackberry – 4 spots left
WS-3 Brazilian Rain Tree – 2 spots left
WS-7B Tiger Bark – 2 left
For the first time in a long time, we are offering a Bring Your Own Tree (BYOT) workshop (WS-5). You will have the chance to bring up to two trees for expert guidance by Miami-based bonsai artist Lourdes Arnaez. The beautiful Lantanas, Campeche, and Narrow Leaf Buttonwood workshops still have plenty of spots available.
This year we will have 4 critique sessions instead of 2, you will have ample opportunities to participate in the critiques offered by both Jennifer and Elsa. (10 spots available per session)
