rate.
If you are staying at the hotel, please make your reservations now and copy your confirmation number; you will need it in order to complete the registration on our website.
PLEASE NOTE: A reservation made through a 3rd party site will not qualify for Hotel Stay discounts in BSF Convention Registrations.
When making a hotel reservation for the convention, DO NOT use a third-party reservation site such as Hotels.com, Travelocity, Hotwire, Expedia, etc. Not only will you not be able to secure the special BSF convention rate, but BSF will not receive credit for the stay. This has the negative effect of raising the prices BSF must pay for convention catering and amenities.
